    Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (PVARA) is Pakistan’s independent authority for licensing, supervising, and regulating Virtual Assets and Virtual Asset Service Providers. PVARA is also responsible for Virtual Assets Act (2025).

    As crypto is currently not regulated in Pakistan, PVARA have recently launched a Grievance Portal to facilitate users who dwell in crypto.

    Can I send my Case to PVARA Grievance Portal ?

    You can file a complaint through PVARA Grievance Portal if your case is pertaining to following issues :

    1. P2P Bank Chain Dispute Scam and bank is not entertaining your request
    2. NCCIA Notice / FIA related case
    3. Any cryptocurrency exchange has withheld your assets without proper reason and is not allowing you to withdraw your assets.
    4. Fake Disputed transaction claim on crypto exchanges
    5. Scammed by crypto influencer
    6. Crypto Frauds / Scams
    7. Blocking of Crypto Account

    It is pertinent to mention , that during your complain submission process please try to be very thorough and share as much detail as possible in a canonical order i.e. how the events unfold or happened and what actions you took to get them resolved. Ensuring a thorough submission will result in quicker response from PVARA staff.

    A well reviewed and detailed submissions ensure a favourable decision. If the submitted complaint is not thorough it will require more time by the PVARA staff to find out how things went down resulting in slow paced response.
