Pool Staking falls under the same concept as normal Staking as profit and loss are both involved and you are staking your asset to provide strength to the network (in this case liquidity)[See : Is Staking Halal or Haram]. Therefore it may be considered as halal, however Allah knows best and we are not religious scholars to comment.
