Futures Trading is Haram

This post is for educational purpose only. I don’t intend to start a debate on future trading as this Hadith is straightforward. Ibn Abbas (Allah be pleased with him) reported Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: He who buys food grain should not sell it until he has taken possession of it.
